Alright...ANy of you got any tips i give e up. I bodybuild and im a beast so i hear, im not over weight but i dont got those abs and i want some help. Now its prolly weird i mean i know so much junk but i try everything and still i got trouble with losing the fat. anyone offer some advice. My diet is good i have barely no fat sugar a good amount of carbs and 200 grams of protein a day but and about 2000 calories a day. i weigh 250 and i would like to lose 25 before summer so help me out please..

cut back 500 cal. from yuor diet and keep weight lifting so you don't lose any muscle. also, add in som,e cardio. taebo will definately help with that. good luck!
