I was just curious its Feb. now, how many pounds is it possible to lose by the summer time? If I stick to eating healthy and working out about 5 times a week.

It depends how much you weigh - When I started my diet I weighed 230 and I'm down to 203 in less than 2 months (sorry - couldn't help a little brag!!!) but if you weigh less its gonna take a lot longer - If u stick to a diet well 2lbs a week is probably what to aim for - but I cant say without seeing ure stats

Its normal to lose 10 pounds a month BUT sometimes people only lose 8 pounds a month or maybe even 15. So it all depends on how well u stick to it
