agh help! i have the biggest urge to go out to my car and get a slim fast meal bar (oatmeal raisin mmmmmm) or a slim fast snack bar(pb crunch mmmmm) that we keep for bfast and snacks. but i had a meal bar and a snack already today!!!!!! agh! what do i do what do i do (u know how the sayin goes "i can resist everything except temptation"

well- you can eat another snack bar but tell yourself when you're eating it that it's the last one untill your next meal- then make a smaller dinner for yourself then usual to eat less calories...
