Summer is coming and that means swimsuit time.I love to go swiming but this year, the thought of even being in a swiming suit makes me upset. I weigh 160 pounds right now. I am only 5'2. I am wanting to get down to 125lbs by may. If anyone can help me in any way please do. Any tips on workouts or any websites that would help. please. thanks

hey! okay,I know that swimsuit season is the most stressful on overweight kids, especially girls like us. The advice i have for you is this: I'm sure u r sick of hearing deit advice that never seems to work. But this realy worked for me. Eat lots of fruits and veggie.. Have more veggies than carbs and eat then with every meal. Eat lean protein like Dannon Light N' Fit smoothies..they only have 80 calories and taste great. Eat one smoothie and a apple for breakfast, its very healthy. Also, drink TONS of water and also chew sugar-free gum, so u aren't tempted to put anything else in your mouth.
