hey everyone well i really need help.. im goin to try and lose like 13-15 pounds in a month is that possible like it it okay.. taht all i need to know! please comment

It's not really impossible. I lost 10 pounds in 14 days by eating only fruits and vegetable drinking water

well, just do regular exersises like crunches and sit ups. Do soem runnign like one or two miles a day. Or at least 3-4 times a week. Eat healthy foods like fruits and veggies. Eat protien and everything that you need on the food guide pyramid. I really just stick to the food guide pyramid. I also do basic exerises. I don't drink any pop and NO SWEETS. I was talking to this one girl and she went down from 180 to 120 with just doing regular exersises and eating healthy and no sweets no pop and lot's of running. I lose my breath very quikcly when I run so I run on my familys tred mill. It helps alot for some reason. I think it is because there is no destination on where I have to finish. I can take a break whenever I want. BUT at our school I like runnign the mile outside becuase other wise we have to run around the gym 17 TIMES. it sucks when it rainds and it is conditioning day. But anyway just do basic exersises, run, eat healthy, and STICK too it. I am almost postive that it will work. It worked for me. BUT then again everybody's body is different. Hope i helped.
