Hey i want to really do well on my diet this week b/c we went to a dance last night (so much fun) but i felt uncomfortable the whole time..like i dunno but i know i didnt look that bad, but i just felt like i did, so i want to lose 33 pounds by the end of the school year! Or even just 23 by the end of the school year..so if u have any tips PLEASE tell me them

Low fat! It works because it's ehalthy, it's nto a fad diet and you can eat whatever you want just count the fat grams. Like, if you have somehitn really fattening just don't eat anything fattening for the rest of the day and you total fat grams for the day should still be okay. Anyways, i lost weight doing it and i'm still doing it and i feel so much better. I was on low carb for a while but i felt so heavy and greasy from the meat and all that because that was like all i could eat lol. Anyways, even though i'm still not at my goal weight yet, i feel so much lighter because I'm never stuffed so full I can't move lol adn im just not carrying that much fat around with me anymore. I started out following a plan that said for my weight to lose 1 pounds a week i should have about 40g of fat, but I just sort of started eating less and less fat and now i only have like 15g a day. I do have corn pops tho, lol, they have like 1 gram of fat in 1 cup or something like that, but they do have lots of sugar so you have to watch that you dont have too much sugar. Ya so, you should really try it it's great, good luck :0
