Ok does anybody have advice about what to do to lose weight. If so PLEASE PLEASE respond.I just can't find a way to lose weight. If anybody have any advice on how they lost weight please respond. I am sick of being the only girl in my class that doesn't have a boyfriend. please respond.

Try the Atkins Diet. It works really well and my mom lost 15 pounds on just the 2 week induction diet!! You have to follow it very strictly, or else you will not get the results that you want. www.atkins.com for more information on the diet. Good Luck!

1200-1500 calories a day. more veggies- less sugar. more exersize. 30min. aerobic exersize at leas 5 days a week. i lost 21 pounds so far trying to follow that as much as i could...i did taebo a lot too
