| No. I'm 4'11 and 108. I used to be 120, but lost a few and am now trying to keep steady. I'm not overweight, I'm just trying to get exercise and healthy eating tips. This board helps so much with that. Mostly because diabetes is in my family (and race) and I am trying to make sure I don't get it. I figur if I eat healthy and exercise thatll keep me away from it.
But also depends on how much fat and how much muscle you have. People can be the same height and weigh 10 lb different and the heavier one can look lighter than the lighter one cuz they go more muscle less fat. (Does that make sense) Therez also people you could call "fat skinnys" cuz there skinny but all fat no muscle. I think that could be worse than a person risk of overweight who got lots of muscle and not as much fat. :)
I kinda rambled on. Sorry. Hope I made sense. | |
