hi...been reading through the messages posted & people seem 2 have completely the wrong idea. weight loss aint gonna jus happen overnight & you're not goin 2 loses 50lbs in 5 weeks!! all these fad diets don't work...miracles don't happen...it took me years 2 realize something soooo simple. I thought there had 2 b a quicker way but theres not...healthy eating& exercise is the only way...cut out the snacks & go 4 a walk. aim to lose 1-2 lbs a week. anymore and ull end up puttin it bk on plus more and give up from not eatin enough. it may seem long bu think about it in the long run. in a year or two u could b thin & its more likely 2 stay off rather than tryin 2 find quick miracles but find urself still fat in two years time...mayb even fatter!!!! think about it guys...dont make urself ill over it make urself healthier& fitter xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxall the bestxxx

You could lose 50lbs in 5 weeks...not saying thats remotely healthy though...but it is possible.

Yea ur kinda right on fad diets u can gain back but u can also do that loseing 1-2 pounds a week. I have a friend who did it that way and she's still gaining it back after 63 pounds in 7months(thats normal weight lost) It depends on YOU. You have to decide if u wanna gain back or keep it off.
