hey everyone well alright i was watching extreme makeovers and these people lost like 20-30 pounds in 5 weeks.. and thas my gaol 25-30 pounds what im goin to eat for breakfast is a low fat yogurt and hot tea and for lunch chumbers and dinner veges and chicken.. and drink water and or tea and or lemonade the 5 calorie kind no pop.. and than work out like 2 hours a day.. i relly think its possible and im going to do it.. anyone else think its possible.? thanks

Of course it'a possible to lose 20-30 pounds in 5 weeks but you have to stay focused. I went on a diet where i lost 5 pounds each week but it's the same food everyday until u feel that u've reached ur ideal weight. It's a simnple 4 egg whites in the morning, a salad in the afternoon and 1/2 cup of rice, cooked vegetalbes, chicken breast for supper. If u follow this for a month you should lose 20 pounds and if u decide to exercise i don't see why you won't lose more.
