hey everyone well alright i was watching extreme makeovers and these people lost like 20-30 pounds in 5 weeks.. and thas my gaol 25-30 pounds what im goin to eat for breakfast is a low fat yogurt and hot tea and for lunch chumbers and dinner veges and chicken.. and drink water and or tea and or lemonade the 5 calorie kind no pop.. and than work out like 2 hours a day.. i relly think its possible and im going to do it.. anyone else think its possible.? thanks
