Hi, was wondering if someone could hurry and answer this question. I was surfing the interent looking for dieting tips, and it said that you should eat every 3 hours to maintain a good metabolism and encourage your body to lose weight. does that mean just a little snack like an apple or string cheese?

yeah i think it does mean that. i dont think that they mean have a full out meal of mac n cheese n steak every 3 hours lol. but remember to have 3 balanced meals a day and water. good luck
