i've lost 21 pounds and barely any inches where my pants rest on my body- so yeah- it takes inches not pounds like emily said because i've lost weight from other areas of my body and everyone's different...

It takes inches, not pounds. To lose around your waist and hips and thighs then you should do exerciese
