Hey you guys I just got a book out of the library and theres a section about like body image and losing weight and stuff and it says that its not to great to go on a low calorie diet because your body knows how much u have to eat so when you dont consume as many calories your metabolism slows down therefore once you eat normally again you will gain your weight bak and maybe more ...thats basically wat it said.. so I dont know if I should go on a low calorie diet anymore.. so I was thinking low fat diet..how many grams of fat should I eat a day if I want to lose ... 2-3lbs a week.. thx =)

well- going on the low fat diet is basically like going on the low calorie diet because a gram of fat has more calories in it then a gram of carbs or protien. you're then eating less calories!
