hey everyone im like 145-150 and 5'4im on vacation and i leave tomorw and im starting htis 6 meal diet plan.. its u eat egg whites or yogurt in the morning chumbersand tomatoes or salad with no dressing for lunch and dinner 1/4 cup low fat rice and steamed veges and 1 small chicken breast.. and than u do 1 hr cardio 30 min weights 30 yoga and i want to lose 25-30 pounds by april 7..
DOES ANYONE THIS ITS POSSIBLE.. PLEASE I REALLY NEED THIS!! everyone time i post no one comments and i really need help.

Hmmm.... i dono.... well if you stick to the plan and do real good I guess you can lose that much, you'll just have to work extremely hard... but I guess it's possible
