Hey everyone I dont have school today so I am useing today wisely to start my lent give up i am giving up all candy and cokkies and stuff like that if i give up junk food i wont be able to becaue if u look at it chips and that stuff is junk food to so I am going to give up all desert type things and that will help me a lot and I am going to have helahty stuff more often and excercise more and by the time lent is over i will be at 150 cuz thats like the beginning of my spring break so i have to loose 20 pounds do u think I can do this or do u think this will be to hard for me to loose that much please reply with ur answer. well we had a mass at my school today and the priest said that like if u say your going to exercise and eat better for lent so you'll look better by summer that's not what leant is about. unless what your doing for lent involves u getting closer to God u should scrap your plans and make new ones. sorry thins dosen't really have anything to do with loosing weight but i thought i would just mention it.
