hey i actually did good today! for breakfast i had a pear, for lunch and dinner i had vegetable soup, and for a snack i had some grapes. plus i did yoga and walked home...thats good right?

ur definitely NOT eating enough!! u must have a lot more carbs and other nutrients. ur practicaly starving urself! and that is the worst thing u can do. i've been through it before.
