hey guys. okay i have to go to a physical next week and im REALLY freaked out, espcially since im overweight. im going just cuz i havent been to the doctor in a while and my mom is making me. im soooo scared of doctors. has anyone been to a physical recently? can you tell me exactly what they do? do they take blood? please reply.

NO! they DONT take your blood. Only check your body to make sure its ok. But every doctor office is different..where I go they dont take your blood when you get a physical..but i suppose some do. BUT usually they don't! so dont worry.

THEY- WHOOPS- CVAPS LOCK- don't take your blood. they don't do anyhting with needles. they'll weigh you and they'll sometimes make you pee, they'll take your blood pressure and check out your pulse and breathing and ask you questions about your health and such. don't worry. it's not bad...

They take your blood.. make you take off your clothes and look at you and junk like that sometimes make you pee in a cup.. i hate physicals..

they might take blood if u got ur period to check ur iron and if ur overweight to check if u ave diabetes. it doesnt hurt that much just dont look (i got mine on saturday) good luck and stop worrying! :)
