Today is Day 3 on the Cabbage Soup Diet...I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 3-4 pounds since I started (Tuesday)! I have been doing Taebo for an hour a day after school, but this morning I actually forced myself to wake up early and do it for 45 minutes. So now I am going to be doing about 2 hours of Taebo a day along with this diet. I'm not going to weigh myself until a full week has gone by (next Tuesday) and I will be back with my results! Good luck to everyone on reaching ur weight loss goals!

ur losing w8 form the exercise not the cabbage soup u will put al of it bk on eat sensinly and carry on with the exercise and u will lose w8

amys wrong, the diet helps u 2 lose weight. excercise wouldnt make u lose 2 lbs in 3 days. congrats-keep it up
