I love being on the atkins diet! I just started about 4 days ago, and I never feel hungry or like I'm starving myself. Here's what I ate today: Brekfast: 1 egg omelette with mushrooms, sausage, and cheese Lunch: A big salad with (yuuuum!) with this great no carb salad dressing my mom makes! Dinner: Chicken, asparagus and a small salad. For a snack I had some cheese cubes.
