The DVD is called Denise Austin, Power Yoga: A Blend of Functional Yoga and Pilates... and you dont loose weight by doing pilates you tone and by toning your stomach shrinks alot and becomes less jiggaly (lol) umm so you should combine pilates with some other exersize.. I strongly recommend running or walking fast because you burn alot of calories and it tones your legs wonderfully! You get all over results from it!
