The DVD is called Denise Austin, Power Yoga: A Blend of Functional Yoga and Pilates... and you dont loose weight by doing pilates you tone and by toning your stomach shrinks alot and becomes less jiggaly (lol) umm so you should combine pilates with some other exersize.. I strongly recommend running or walking fast because you burn alot of calories and it tones your legs wonderfully! You get all over results from it!

I have a Denise Austin digital scale thing..Its really good because its very accurate =). My uncle borrowed it one time because he had to weigh things that he wanted to ship away to see how much they would cost and all..and the pounds of the boxes were what the scale said when he took it too the air port..anyway, everyone should get it! - M@r
