how often do u allow urself to eat junk food? or any other food that ur trying to avoid. once a week? twice?
Reply from Brandan, Age 15 - 02/28/04 - IP#: 220.244.41.xxx I dont agree with that, if u are desperately craving it: EAT IT, but only eat a small portion, to do this dont buy a large amount of it. otherwise ur cravings will go on and on and on, then u will eventually pig out, feel bad give up ur diet, then feel worse, so eat it the food u want, but only when the craving is at its peak. oh, and dont feel bad about it, u deserve a treat every once in a while.
