Everytime i try to go on a diet, i just spoil it by around 6pm. i drink lots of water and sometimes chew gum when im hungry but still doesnt work!!! HELP! cheers

Then eat something low calories. Crunchy broccoli is good you can basicaly eat all you want of that. Also carrots , celery with peanut butter and other raw veggies.
