this is what i ate today:5 johnsonville sausages (non-flavored) (about 2 grams)5 strips of bacon (1 carb)1 peporoni sausage (1.5 carbs)2 hot dog sausages with a little bit of mustard (4 carbs)2 hamburger patties with one slice of processed cheese (3.5 carbs)No drinks but water (0 carbs)= about 12 carbs (give or take 3)yet i'm still not losing weight!!

Hey! I believe your on the atkins diet, but I'm not sure. If you are, there are certain rules that you have to abide by for the first two weeks and by looking at what you ate you are eating too much meat and not enough veggies. You must have 2-3 cups of veggies per day! If you dont, you can slow down the fat burning process. But make sure you are only eating the veggies that are listed for the first two weeks (induction diet) You should also consume 3-4 ounces per cheese a day. And do NOT consume more than 4 ounches of organ meats a day, which you did already by looking at your diet plan. Throw in some eggs once a day, its not healthy to just eat the meat. Dude, you're eatin too much... at least thats my opinion. Anyways, I was on low carb n i felt all greasy and icky from eating just meat and all that well, I think you should try low fat. It's working so great for me, I lost a lil bit of weight on low carb but then I got tired and grossed out so I switched to healthy adn low fat and I'm losin weight! Also, I can have corn pops wich is like one of my favorite foods and it has 0 grams of fat, (it has sugar tho, so youd have to watch sugar intake a bit too) anyways, I'm losing weight, its working great and ya...you should try it, but it's up to you.

stop this diet!! eat mostly only fruit and veggies with a a small lowfat yougurt here and ther!! pluc exersise..o ya and its ok to eat fish too!!
