I posted a couple of pages back and stated that I'm ready to be harsh on myself, cause I've just not done that enough...So does anyone have any suggestions, tips, or hints on how to be harsh? Thanks!

Thats what I been doing pretty much... I went from 158 to 143!! I'm at 143 now and I plan to keep going until I get to about 125. Anyways, I just eat low fat and I don't eat much anymore. I used to eat way too much but not anymore! : ) Even though Im not skinny yet I feel so much lighter because my stomach is never so full that I cant move anymore lol hehe... so yea I only eat about 15 or less grams of fat per day. I don't kno if thats enough but Its working for me, and my stomach adjusted to how much I eat so now it doesn't need as much to fill it up. so yea... and ummm I also get to eat corn pops wich is like one of my favorite foods but it has 0g fat/1 cup (it has sugar tho so I have 2 be careful about not eatin too much sugar) anwyays, ya, low fat is workin great for me but youll have 2 be tough on yourself because you gotta stick to it! You should try it : )
