what i'm going to do to try to keep me motivated is for everyday that i exercise i'm going to put a sticker on my calender and when i get a certain amount i'll get something that i usually wouldn't eat. how many stickers do u think i should have before i get the treat?

You can do that if you want... but don't you think it's better not to reward yourself with food when you're on a diet!? Maybe you can make a deal with you parents to say like... every time you reach that certain amount you can get a new shirt or something, or get some money lol if they agree it should really help you maybe theyll agree to give you a lil bit of money or something when you reach the goal, and you can save it to buy some clothes when you reach your real goal.
