I need 2 lose like 25lbs in 4 months1 can someone give me tips like certain exersises and nutriotion thx!

Hey! If you need to lose 25 pounds in 4 months follow what i am about to tell you religiously and you will. Always eat 3 meals a day. For breakfast have some sort of fruit-applesauce,mixed fruit,peaches,etc. For lunch have a sandwich-try to stick with just turkey,use mustard no mayo,put a little salt and pepper,use wheat bread have some yougurt,pretzels,or fruit. Eat whatever you want for dinner so long as its not fast food. Eat 2 snacks each day-ex. yogurt,pretzels,carrots and ranch. Every day do 50 crunches, and 25 push-ups,do this morning or night. And if you can get on a treadmill or walk 3 or 4 days a week and do it for 30 minutes. Once it gets easiar bring it up to 1 hour. Follow this exactly and you will lose it quicker than 4 months.

just keep it simple ride a bike rollerblade or you can juust go for walks siit-ups are usally a great exsersize for looseing weight. Trust me it helped me alot!
