Hi is it possible to lose 80 by June??? I'm desperate!!!!My friend says that if I drink 1 or 2 gallons of water a day I can eat and lose lots of weight but I don't know what do you guys think? PLEASE HELP PLEASE RESPOND PLEASE RESPOND PLEASE RESPONDTHANK YOU
Reply from Cassie, Age 14 - 12/23/04 - IP#: 24.56.166.xxx try going on a low carb diet, and lift wieghts, do cardio, and run 2 miles every tuesday and thursday, and DRINK LOTS OF WATER which is the key. dont touch stuff that is sugary, or bread like. keep eating veggies and meat, the reason i say this is that, i've been on this for 2 straight months, training for my black belt in karate, and i've lost 25 pounds. just giving you some suggestions! good luck in the future! ~Cassie

I mean, its not impossible but it is very difficult. The first key to losing weight is picking a diet plan that is good for you. In your case, the atkins diet seems like a great approach. In the first two weeks my friend lost 18 pounds!! You must follow the guidelines for it strictly though, or you won't be able to achieve your weight loss goal. Go to www.atkins.com for more information and what you are allowed to eat. The next step is exercising. YOU MUST exercise atleast an hour and a half each day!! How about, an hour of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training. Exercise is an essential key to losing weight. Your goal is somewhat unrealistic, but if you seriously stick to the guidelines and don't cheat then you could lose alot of weight! Good Luck!
