Hey guys! Just b-cuz I think some of you guys could help me out and tell me if I'm doing good. It's the second day of my diet (stats yesterday.. 5'5 (that wont change for a while lol) but 140lbs) yesterday I ate Special K Cereal, a banana, pretzels, a smoothie with 3/4 of an apple, banana, 1/4 cup of 2% milk, and 1/3 a cup of juice. I also ate 2 crackers and for dinner I had this stew (my uncle made) it had meat and vegetables.. its european, and a scoop of mashed potatoes. I figured I had about 1200-1300 calories=D (wat do u think?) + Yesterday I did an hour of pilates and at school we did about 45 min of this thing we call the fitness circuit where we do like push ups, sit ups, use the stair master, lunges, etc. Today it's only about 5pm but so far I've eaten Special K Cereal, Banana, Apple, Special K blueberry Bar, and 2 pieces of chocolate + I had the same shake I had above ^^. (Plus in an hour I'm going to soccer practice for an hour) So how do you guys think I'm doing? Did I estimate my calories about right? Am I eating healthy? Oh yes and do vitamin/mineral tablets have any calories, because I take this big one once a day loaded with vitamins and minerals. Thanks. =D

Well, yesterday was basically okay. You should really cut down on your snacks, even if they are healthy. Your taking in alot more calories than you need when you eat all those snacks. You should eat a bigger lunch...like a salad with chicken or tuna in it. It'll also cut down your cravings. Good Luck!

Oh yah and i had like 2litres of water and today I've had about 1/2 a litre
