is this to much food - breakfast - bananalunch - crossiant sandwhich (plain just with turkey)snack - 2 gramcrackers, and an orangedinner - veggie soupplus i drink 10 cups of water

It's not too much, in fact I think you could eat a little more (in healthy stuff that is). One suggestion. Crossants is high in fat and calories. Replacing it with whole grain bread would be better. (Yes I know there sooo good but not healthy either)
