PLEASE READ THIS!!!!!!! DON'T GO RIGHT ON BY THIS! READ THIS!!!!!!!!how has everybody been doing these days? I have been doing ok. I haven't lost any weight(DANG) but I really have been trying alot harder than in January. Does anybody have any sugestions on what I should do. Ok tomorrow this is what I am going to start to do. Mornign eat a apple. Lunch have what ever we have for lunch but very small emounts. SUpper eat what ever mom makes but small adn then go outside and run around town BUT i am going to run before supper. THen when I get done with supper I will do exersises for 45 minutes. SO what does everybody think. I really want as many people do respond. Thanks for whoever will help me. THanks alot
