today i av ate this:brekfast: small bowl of special k wit semi skimmed milk and 5 grapes/ 230kcals.lunch: Small butterless wholemeal role wit half slice ham and 1/4 of an apple/ 140kcals.tea: Jacket potatoe salad and 1tbls lowfat dip/ 220kcalssnacks: 1 banana, 1 60kcal low fat yog and 3 rice cakes 1/2 packet of sugar free mints and 3 sugared mints/ 300890 kcals is ma total and bout 10grammes of fat wt u fink?also i do 20 mins walk 5 days a wk and an excercise vid evre wkend and 100 situps a nite? if i stik 2 dis wil i knock da weight of and am i eatin alot or doin anuff excercise? ow many kcals shud i eat help!

you also gotta balance out your carbs. cut back on the cereal and patatoes. too much starch is also a no-no.

you should add in 200 more calories at least...
