PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!! I’m currently at 149 pounds and would like to get to 120 by the end of April or early May (by the way I’m 5’7). I have faith in myself because I have already lost 16 pounds. I’ve been on the body for life diet (which I was doing good for a while but after I lost the 16 pounds I haven’t lost any other weight) and I am currently on the special k challenge and after 2 weeks of being on it I haven’t lost any weight, and the thing that really makes me mad is that I’ve been exercising 3 days a week for an hour and burning off more than my calorie intake for the day and that stupid scale hasn’t even budged. I’ve been reading some of these replies and one of the girls lost 11 pounds on the introductory start of the Atkins diet and I was wondering what your meal plan was? Or if anyone else has been on the diet and saw like a 10-15 pound weight loss in like 2 weeks, can you share the love and help me get to my goal?? PLEASE HELP ME I’M IN NEED OF YOU GUYS HELP!!!
