i have been doing 50 situp each nite, but does any1 no any excercises that work for innerthighs butt, and the back of you armsTHANXXXXX

building muscle through things like situps wont do much good if you dont do any cardio, because you will end up with strong muscles (which is a good thing) that are covered up by a layer of fat (obviously, a bad thing) the best way to lose fat all over your body is through cardio excercise (running, walking, biking etc.) the stuff you do is good too though so dont quit. good luck :)
