I've been at my first goal weight for awhile...(125 lbs.) But i havent been losing weight for about 3 weeks. I'm really going to be cutting down my calories in order to look great for prom. This is what I ate today...Lunch: medium sized apple with lowfat peanut butter...Snack: A salad and dinner: boneless, skinless chicken made on the George Forman grill. Yum yum! I did pretty good i think.
