i am 14 and I just now started my period this month. is that bad.i was told form my doctor that i would start late buti didnt think that i would be this late. Evety girl, i know has started at age 11-12, i feel So out of the loop! so is it bad that i started late?

My Mom had a friend in her 5th grade class who had a child at 10! let alone she got prego at 9 oy... then she had another baby at 13! she dropped out of school in the 8th grade...I feel bad for her...oh-well it was her mistake.

But I guess since going on a diet it messed up my hormones, which really isn't good, but the point that I would like to make is if you are on a diet, which i think you would be since this is a board for encouraging people to lose weight, blah, blah, blah. You are getting enough nutrition and eating healthy. Yeah..okay....lol!
