Hey I weigh 140lbs and 5'5 ...which is my highest weight... which is because I got sick lost 5 lbs so I was 130 and then I doubled the 5lbs.. so anyways I'm hoping to lose 20-30lbs by May/June.. how many calories should I eat and other stuff like that =D thx

The average calories a day for teenagers is AT LEAST 1200. Sometimes I find that thats way too much but once you take a look at what your eating you find its not. An average of 1200 a day is really good and if you eat healthy, drinks lots of water, and exercise you can do anything you set your mind to! Even jump rope is exercise and it can be fun!
