Hey people. Lately ive needed motivation to be healthy. Its not even that i want to loose alot of weight, but just to be healthy, i wanna live a long life y'know!!! SO i came up with an idea to go to an arts store and buy those beads with letters on them, and make a braclet with all the things that motiavte me. So i did! It says, camp, (the name of the highschoo i got into for the arts, agent(im getting one for acting after the summer), and grad(im graduating this year).....sound good?Also, any f itness/he lthy eating tips would be gretaly appreciated!! ALso, is it bad to eat zoodles, macaroni and cheese, or crackers with peanu tbutter or cheese on them?? Cuz those seem to be my main food problems! Seriously, i eat a whole can of zoodles or a whole pack of mack n cheese 4 a meal! woahhh I know!!!M

Yeah, maybe its time to switch to better snacks.. the calories in zoodles will add up... trust me
