Hey everyone, I am starting my new diet today, I eat an orange for breakfast and i don't eat lunch and I cut my dinner portions in half to slim. Does it sound reasonable or no???

I don't really eat lunch at school but I like to have a snack. Skipping meals is unhealthy as you probably could've guessed. You can eat full healthy meals that fill you up and do a bit of exercise and you'll be well on your way! Just do whats comfortable for you!

people always talk about lose weight the right way but i dont believe there is a right way so do what makes you feel good. Skipping meals can be unhealthy but as a teenager most of us dont eat all are meals anyways so do what makes you feel good.

Skipping meals will eventually make you look flabbier for a bunch of different reasons and its not healthy.
