well i leave for spring break in like 3 weeks.. and um i want to lose like 17-18 pounds.. so i think for breakfast csaue i haveto have coffe.. ill have coffe with non fat hazelnut creme.. for lunch ill have an apple.. and like snak ill have morning mix or a special K ceral bar.. and than dinner veges with noodles or veges with chicken and a lil rice.. and than im running 4 miles a day and doing arm lifts.. i weight 143ish right now and im 5'4... i went o be like 130 ish the day i leave for Florida.. or spring break.. DOES ANYONE THINK I CAN DO IT..? i really need help on this csaue i duno about lossing weight.. thanks

no way! I mean I am your same height and i weigh 130 pounds and i eat ten times more than you do and I run 4 miles three times a week and also i did an hour of swimming three times a week

i don't know if you will be able to keep that commitment. it is really harsh- i mean 4 miles a day?

Hey its great that you really knwo you want to lose weight. But remember the key to a healthy diet is a good variety in whatever you eat. Spice your meals up a bit but just remember to keep an eye on those calories!!!

It could be done but it might not be healthy. I say try it becuz i would like to lose 20 pounds a month so good luck!!
