hey guys well i want to like like 15-18 pounds in like a lil less and 3 weeks.. if i REALLY watch what i eat.. and EXCERSICE "ALOT" and drink ALOT of water..do u think i could do it.. i know its like no healthy but i have a wedding to go to and i really too.. csaue i weight exact 145 and im like 5'5 so i want to be like 129-127 when i go.. do u think i could do it.???PLEASE COMMENT csaue no one ever does on mine. thanks
