U know what stinks guys??? I go the whole day doing really well without food, I only ate dinner and then right before i go to bed without thinking at all I automatically pull open the freezer door. I am not motavated but I am obsessed with my weight problem and I put myself down all the time!!! What can I do to stay motivated. Or any other suggestions at all!!!!!1 Thanks much

You should eat healthy foods all day long.... if you do fill up on 3 large meals it may not be good for your diet because you will get hungry inbetween. And its really really bad for you to not eat all day. It may seem like it would help you loose weight, and it might. But you also have to remember that your body becomes use to the shortage of food, and when you do eat something it will store all of the fat it can and may not be what you want in the long run. Try to eat 5-6 small meals a day! (and lots of water, at the least 6-8) When you eat enought to support your body it will not store as much extra fat,(remember healthy)! you'd be suprise how complex your body really is. I also have a hard time keeping myself motivated and sometimes I cant seem to avoid openging the frige!! Its there and ive made a habbit of getting something everytime I pass it!!(NOT GOOD)Just recently me and my friends were talking about summer time and wearing bathing suits and I got really strict about it!! It worked!! Also make sure you eat breakfest!!! You may not know this but it helps you function in school and it gets your metabolism going in the morning!! This website also has tons of other interesting facts. (O and I luv the bracelet idea that seems like it would really work) Another thing is to put something that will remind you on the fridge.

Have a bracelet, with those lil beads with letter on them and yeah so make a bracelts aying the tpop few things that motivate you, so when ever youre tempted to eat, when youre not hungry, just glance over and youll be like...nahh!!

only eating dinner is not healthy at all and will automatically set u up for failure...i sugest u eat 3 meals a day with a snack in between lunch and dinner and then you wouldnt binge so much b/c ull be full
