can anyone give me like some ideas of exersice that i can do at home if i dont have any exersice machines or anything like that?

WELL I dont want to give you bad advice but I found a website that shows you a lot of differnt Exercises for each part of your body MOST of them do not include any equipment and arnt hard to do!! http://www.virtualfitnesstrainer.com/exercise_tips/abs_exercise_tips.htm

rite i will tell u wat i like to do that is fun as well as calorie burning try dancing to some of ur favorite music start with the slower stuff then try the faster stuff if u can try to do this 4 bout6 half an hour every day it works
another couple of things that i do r to run up and down the stairs (if u have any)bout 15 to 20 times its tierin but it will burn a few calories and there is one more thing that works hold a tin of baked beans or soup and jog on the spot wiv them to some music or something for bot 10-15 mins and it works
u may feel abit stupid wen u first try it but it will help in the long term
