I dont know what to do for exercise. 30mins dont seem like enough. I wanna do taebo for 30mins OR walk for 45. Someone want to comment on this?

First off like the frist girl who replied said, running up or down the stairs...jogging on the spot, dancing 2 music. Plus, its nothing to just pick up some free wieghts (like 5 pounds, thats all) from a store and use those!! go for walks! run around! buy some exercise viiedeos!! (i reccomend TAE BO and WINDSOR PILATES!!) they work really well!! TTTYL GLUCK N KEEP BELIVEIN IN U!!

Just dont over do it. SOme good weighs to exercise are: -free weights -walking -jogginf -walking your dog -tae bo -pilates -going to the gym -jumping rope -karate -Ju-do -dancing!! -sittups, leg lifts, squats -aerobice (videos) THats just some, be creative!anything that gets your heart beatin fast is good! good luck n keep urself motivated!!! M
