Okay Im fat! plan and simple i dont get down to excersise right and eat right i try i have no self control any tips thanks a lot!

Try drinking alot of water (I mean 10-11 16ounce glasses a day) and try eating things like Broccoli or Celery because they have negative calorie intake measures. One cup of plain broccoli is 190 calories, but it takes 250 calories to consume that 190..so you are losing like 60 calories just by eating the broccoli. and Citrus fruit (IE: Oranges, Grape Fruit, Lemons, Limes) help you because the citrus acid acctually helps to eat away the calories. You might want to try limiting stuff, like have your family not buy or hide all the junk food...it works
