Hey everybody, i really want to lose 10 pounds, but no matter how healhty i eat, and how much i exersize, i can't lose any weight! I think it's because i binge A lot late at night. If I stopped doing THAT and keep eating healthy and exersizing, would i start losing weight? Please give me some tips! thanx!!!

what u do insted of eatin-have some fruit tea or some low calorie hot chocolate that fills u up

it really helps to lift weights, you may not lose a lot in the first 2 weeks but if u get a routine goin it really helps

Your metabolism is high in the morning and it slows down durring the day. Try to eat more in the morning for breakfast then you would at night. This should help you to minimise the binging. Also snack (healthy snacks) between each meal. Hope this helps!
