could any1 tell me some good arm excersize
Reply from anne, Age 17 - 03/23/04 - IP#: 216.66.96.xxx well- i've lost 20+ pounds and have barely any fat on my arms(my lower body's a different story!) it's because i used 5 pound free weights in ways that exersized my chest and arms, like a lying down on the floor fly-press thing where you bring your arms up and together. i also did a lot of taebo which REALLY helped because i did that a lot more consistantly then any of my other arm exersizes. pushups are great, but make sure to build up and not hurt your arms badly by overdoing it or pulling anything. good luck!
