i really need to lose just 10 lbs, r there any foods that would be good for a diet?
Reply from Rachel, Age 14 - 03/24/04 - IP#: 24.31.201.xxx All fruits and veggies are good for you cause they are low calorie. Whole wheats are good too because they keep you full and have fiber. Also drink tons of water... I like fruit 2 O because it's actually water with natural flavors not carbonated water that's in so called "flavored waters" just look in the ingrediants and if it says carbonated water don't buy it. I also like sugar-free popsicles cause they are only 15 calories a piece and taste really good too! Drink skim milk cause it's not as fatty and you get calcium that helps you burn more fat. You can eat lean meats too and fish is really good like salmon and tuna. Eggs are a good source of protein and low cal. And you can treat yourself once in a while so you don't binge. Ok well good luck! You can do it! =D
