ok...this one is for one person...amber age 16... how do you loose your wiehgt.. i have been reading your messages below and i would really like to know how you do it...ok..now this is for anyone... are doing 50 jumping jacks and 100 crunchs a day ok..? or should i do more...or less?

I think you should do a little more.Then maybe you'll notice a difference! I used to weigh 135lbs. Now I only weigh 105lbs.That's b/c i done 250 crunches twice a day in the morning and in the evening. Plus I watched what i ate!All you need to do is eat more green stuff,like broccolli,cabbage,any green things. You can also eat things like cheese. Don't eat breads.

if your serious to get in shape the amount we should excercise daily is between 30 minutes to 1 hour. when your new to excercise start out easy with some easy aerobics and weight training..
