hi my name is victoria i am 5'4 and weigh around 178 i would like to get down to 145 by the middel of the summer i am on a swim team and that is what i do after school. i hang out with girls that are really skinny and pretty. no one in my school has never mad fun of me and my weight but i could care less what people say and think about me i want to lose weight to fell good about myself so if you can tell me what to eat and help me find more things to do i think that would be very nice thanks

hey.. that's really cool that you are on swim team. I have a lot of friends too that don't care about what I look like and I feel really blessed for that so I'm glad that you have a nice group of friends that don't bug you about your weight. My advice is to keep doing swim team, Don't count calories but don't overeat, Eat a lot of really healthy things like oranges, low fat cheese, skim milk, grilled chicken..stuff like that.. make sure you get plenty of protein and calcium.. I heard those things really help when It comes to weight..Drink plenty of water..Don't eat very much junk food and Stay active.. by active I don't mean doing 300 sit ups a day... I mean like.. keep swimming and do a lot of things with friends..like going to the movies..hold the candy and popcorn and soda..and going to concerts or something. Make sure your not sitting on that couch for more then a 1/2 hour a day.. just keep yourself busy. I think you will have no problem losing the weight if you take my advice..
