Hey it seems like everyone at my school as flat stomachs and has really nice abs. I have a trip with my youth group comin up in the 1st week of july and it is right now the end of march i weigh 107 and i am 5ft i know it doesn*t seem like alot but i want to lose my stomach if anyone has any suggestions on how to lose some of the fat on my stomach please let me know and soon thankx so much

hey just make sure, liek dont eat any less or anythign jutst do like 30 crunches every night and like later on like each week add ten and eventually do like 100 thats wat i do. 100 will be so easy in a couple of weeks. and crunches are much easier then sit up and i find they help me better! so good luck1
